Did Someone Say "Hickory Balsamic Grilled Rib Eye"?
Yes - we are the leader in game processing - and yes - we love wild game recipes! Here's one of our favorites just in time to fire up the grill:
Hickory Balsamic Grilled Ribeye
4 12-oz. Rib Eye Steaks
Hickory Garlic Seasoning Rub
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Red Wine
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Rub steaks with Hickory Garlic spice and place in plastic bag.
Cover with vinegar, wine and oil.
Grill steaks over a hot grill until desired temperature.
Best served medium rare.
To achieve medium rare, cook approximately 4 minutes per side.
Best when combined with olive oil and rubbed into meat.
